Cosmetics superstore ULTA Beauty and discount clothing retailer rue21 will open in Roseville’s Macomb Mall in the next few weeks as part of a redevelopment project. “We’re really putting together a home run roster of new quick serve restaurants and retailers for Macomb Mall,” says Christopher Brochert, partner at Lormax Stern, a Bloomfield Hills-based development company that manages and owns the mall.
