New shops like Ulta Beauty and Rue 21 have recently opened their doors at Macomb Mall, with more stores and restaurants on the way later this year. Christopher Brochert, a partner at Lormax Stern — the development company that owns Macomb Mall — said Ulta Beauty opened the last week of May, and Rue 21 was scheduled, at the time of this writing, to open a 6,000-square-foot store June 11.
