Lormax Stern acquired a 3.33-acre parcel of land in Jackson, MI. This prime piece of real estate marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to bring vibrant commercial developments to the region.
A portion of this property is already pre-leased to Chick-fil-A, one of the most sought-after restaurants in the country right now. We’re looking forward to the impact this development will have on this already thriving corridor.
This acquisition was a true team effort, with Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan, Inc. representing Lormax Stern as the buyer and landlord, while Keystone Commercial Real Estate worked diligently on behalf of Chick-fil-A. The City of Jackson was also instrumental in facilitating this deal, and we appreciate their partnership in making this vision a reality.
