Macomb Mall, in conjunction with Lormax Stern Development Co., today announced fashion retailer H&M has signed a lease for the mall. With a focus on fashion-forward apparel for the entire family, the Sweden-based retailer is expected to unveil its new 20,000 sq. ft. store in fall 2015.
