Richard Kerwin
Richard Kerwin, a real estate finance graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, also studied at the London School of Economics. Richard interned for a leading CMBS lender on Wall Street, acquiring valuable project underwriting experience. Richard has been a licensed real estate broker since 2005. Prior to joining Lormax Stern Development Company in 2007, Richard worked at REDICO, a large Michigan based office/retail development and management firm, underwriting potential acquisition and development projects throughout Metro Detroit and nationally. His experience includes acquisition, investments analyst, sales and leasing of shopping centers and other commercial properties, as well as site selection and tenant representation. Richard is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
