Livonia Marketplace, the result of “de-malling” and re-merchandising the former Livonia Mall, began with the ground breaking for a Walmart Supercenter in the fall of 2009. Rare out-parcel and drive-thru opportunities are available for food and service tenants.

This densely populated (246,900 people within a five mile radius) site is viewed by 62,000 vehicles per day from the intersection of Middlebelt and 7 Mile Roads.

Resident’s average annual income is approximately $68,000, which suits a wide variety of retail tenant’s criteria. Additionally, the City of Livonia is home to 3.2 million square feet of industrial space, 4.1 million square feet of office space, 3.4 million square feet of existing shopping center space and 7 universities, offering Livonia Marketplace’s retailers the ability to attract numerous non-resident consumers to its shops.
