Karl Zarbo

Karl started working with Lormax Stern Development Company in 2008. He brings 27 years of property management experience to the company. In 1986 he moved to Michigan with The Center Companies and was General Manager of the Westland, Eastland and Southland Centers. He was also the Director of Retail Operations for the Great Lakes Division at Trammel Crow as well as Ramco Gershenson. In 1999, Karl joined the team at Livonia Mall with the goal of repositioning the shopping center. A partnership was formed with Konover South and Lormax Stern to redevelop the mall into what is now Livonia Marketplace. This partnership formed the basis of the Property Management Division at Lormax Stern.
