J.B. Bernard

J. B. Bernard became licensed in 1985 as a Michigan real estate broker. Her retail real estate career as Senior Leasing Representative began at Guida Associates Ltd. in 1988. She moved in 1997, to Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. with open-air shopping center responsibilities, including renewals, relocations, expansions and new business for the entire open-air Schostak portfolio. Ms. Bernard joined Lormax Properties, LLC, in the spring of 2005. Responsibilities include junior anchor and small tenant leasing in a number of Michigan shopping centers. In addition to a wealth of experience, J. B. brings long-standing, solid relationships among both open-air and mall tenants, as well as a stellar reputation in both the brokerage and landlord community, to the Lormax team.
