David B. Walters
After more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Walters has held senior positions in virtually every field at both private and publicly-traded companies. Beginning as CFO of a retail development company, his subsequent responsibilities include commercial brokerage, public finance, mortgage finance, development and acquisitions. In aggregate, Mr. Walters has been actively involved in closing more than one billion dollars in real estate transactions. Today, Mr. Walters acts as the chief investment officer and acquisitions director for Lormax Stern Development Company, coordinating a team of leasing, finance, development and operations professionals with the goal of growing the Lormax Stern portfolio through strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and other opportunistic initiatives. A summa cum laude graduate of Colgate University, Mr. Walters is a passionate collector of American paintings, folk art and early photography.
