Daniel Stern
Daniel Stern’s expertise is in overseeing the planning, pre-leasing and financing of the projects; personally negotiating over 500 anchor tenant leases. Stern coordinates portfolio leasing efforts to create the optimal tenant mix in each development; thereby, maximizing the shopping center value with quality credit tenants. He has completed over $1.5 billion of financing with major lenders as well as establishing an equity fund that acquired seven properties across the country during 2007 and 2008. Recently, Daniel has been working with banks and lenders for acquisitions and dispositions, as well as, receiver positions to enhance the value of the assets.
