Centerpointe Mall is located in the heart of the Grand Rapids retail corridor. A major redevelopment is in the process to convert the center into a 550,000 square foot Power Center. One of the busiest intersections in western Michigan, the 28^th Street/Beltline interchange has a combined daily traffic count exceeding 75,000 vehicles. Many current tenants, including T.J Maxx, DSW, David’s Bridal and Men’s Warehouse are expanding and/or moving into new locations at the center. Nordstrom Rack, Jo Ann Fabrics, Golf Galaxy and Dunham’s will remain at their current locations. New tenants include: ULTA, Rue 21, Five Below, Dots, World Market, Sleep Number, and Vitamin Shop.
